Education/ Experience:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing experience; with at least 2 years’ experience managing an email program and/or CRM within HubSpot, or strong equivalent of an enterprise based automation platform
- Experience in online marketplaces in B2B markets strongly preferred
- An understanding of CSS and HTML is required; experience is strongly preferred
- Proactive and highly detail-oriented, with a knack for problem solving
- Ability to bring structure and organization to loosely defined requirements & processes
Skills:
- Must be organized with an incredible attention to detail, efficient and work independently while contributing to various teams
- Analytical and comfortable in building/analyzing reports
- Program development and project management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and complete simultaneous project
Ability:
- Ready and eager to build a high-impact marketing program
