General Overview
The Customer Experience Lead will assist with upholding Liquidity Services values and play an essential role in creating deeper levels of brand equity and guest loyalty, ensuring “wow” experiences. The successful candidate will be a great communicator, a brand ambassador, and possess the know how to get the job done.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Services Manager in leading a team of 20+ associates performing all customer functions
- Responsible for ensuring all employees provide best in class customer experience for every customer
- Support customer escalations quickly and effectively
- Guide employees through challenging customer concerns, to make decisions in the customers’ best interest while also supporting Liquidity Services mission
- Support and provide follow-up for all training
- Ensure all employees align with Liquidity Services Dress Code and Grooming Guidelines
Qualifications
Education/ Experience:
- Associates Degree highly desired
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Lead in a customer service or warehouse environment
- Demonstrated experience managing performance
- 2+ years warehouse experience required
- Certified to drive stand up and sit down forklifts (if applicable)
- Ability to work well in a team environment is required
- Familiar with and capable of operating standard office equipment (photocopier, facsimile machine, personal computer, adding machine, stapler, 3-hole punch, etc.) and warehouse equipment (manual pallet jack, dock leveler, scale, etc.); some lifting (up to 50 pounds) may be required.

- Trustworthy, honest, customer-centric individual with the desire to work hard to support common goals
- Superior attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and customer communication skills
- Must possess excellent organizational skills; detail-orientated with strong follow through skills
- Computer skills – internet use/Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel
Ability:
- Ability to pass criminal background, drug and reference checks
- Demonstrate a high degree of awareness to safety, accuracy and productivity
- Ability to work well in a team environment is required
- Available to work any shift
Work Conditions/ Physical Demands:
- Must be able to work in a typical warehouse environment where there may be uneven floor surfaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and be on your feet throughout the day
