General Overview
The Customer Experience Manager will uphold Liquidity Services values and play an essential role in creating deeper . The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day to day activities on the warehouse production floor, including inbound and outbound shipping, customer pick-ups, stowing or picking of product, inbound receiving, lotting, inventory control, and addressing disputes or customer issues. The Warehouse Supervisor will balance and assign resources based on need within the warehouse and enforce company safety policies.
Responsibilities
- Champion opportunities to consistently Improve the customer experience
- Drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction
- Map the customer journey and identify opportunities to proactively intervene on The Company’s behalf
- Guide team in effective client issues resolution and handle any escalations
- Develop listening points in the customer journey, define segmentation of customer base and varying strategies, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Test new strategies for driving customer value
- Continually review and evolve the collection of processes <Your Company Name> uses to track, oversee and organize every interaction between the customer and Vivacity throughout the lifecycle
Qualifications
Education/ Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience leading change through application of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing processes in a production environment
- 1-3 years’ experience in a leadership role involving performance management in a production environment
- Experience in safety and/or risk management
- Proven background in quality control
- Commitment to and prior success in continuously improving processes to reduce cost and cycle time while improving quality
- Must be a self-starter and demonstrate willingness to take on greater responsibilities
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret reports, spreadsheets and policy / procedure documents
- Excellent organizational, team development and communication skills.
- Must be a detail-oriented, proactive driver of excellence
- Ability to work in a typical warehouse environment
- Experience with inventory management a plus
Skills:
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel and a WMS
- Excellent organizational, team development and communication skills.
