At its Tuesday meeting, the Fulshear City Council approved a seller’s agreement with the online auction service www.GovDeals.com to auction off surplus city equipment. The Web-based service, which operates much like E-Bay, allows governmental agencies to legally dispose of unwanted equipment without going to the expense of having to conduct its own auction.
