Caltex Australia’s Kurnell refinery in Sydney is set to be auctioned off and bidders are being offered the chance to see the plant working before it is shut down next month. Caltex will be completing the conversion of its Kurnell refinery site into a major fuel import terminal during the fourth quarter of 2014 and is exploring options for the re-use or sale of redundant plant and equipment.
