D.C.-based Liquidity Services is hiring 30 full-time employees and 140 seasonal workers as it gears up for a spike in post-holiday returns to retailers. Liquidity Services’ online auction site Liquidation.com sells returned and overstock merchandise for retailers, and, citing National Retail Federation figures, says overall returns are up 14 percent this year.
