And the home you get could come with a history, after spending eight years at a military installation near Edinburgh that has trained and prepared thousands of soldiers for deployment in the past decade.
Thirty-two duplex trailers that had been kept at Camp Atterbury for temporary offices and sleeping quarters no longer are needed and are being auctioned online this week, with bids starting at $25. This is the first of four auctions to sell a total of 134 mobile homes, which haven’t been used on the base in more than two years because they weren’t needed.
