D.C.-based Liquidity Services has completed its acquisition of U.K. auction service GoIndustry DoveBid plc for $31 million. Liquidity Services announced the deal in May.
Liquidity Services, which specialized in online sales of government and private industry surplus items, says the acquisition adds more than 50 new Fortune 1000 clients.
