The two-week auction to purchase the governor’s party tent closed Wednesday evening. Bidding for the Governor’s Pavilion Tent – the infamous white plastic structure erected next to the Governor’s Mansion in 2007 – closed at 6 p.m. Wednesday after more than 120 bids were placed on GovDeals.com, an auction website. The high bidder won the auction with a high bid of $37,550.
