Liquidity Services to Serve as Official Remarketer for Refurbished Acer Products

WASHINGTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Sep. 19, 2012–
Liquidity Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: LQDT), the leading reverse supply
chain solution for retailers and manufacturers, today announced an
alliance with Acer America, the world’s third largest PC maker, to
market refurbished Acer products including notebooks, netbooks, tablets,
monitors, and desktop computers in the United States.

Liquidity Services will serve as the principal remarketer of refurbished
Acer products and will leverage its base of more than 2.1 million
business, national and local retail, and consumer buyers through its
network of sales channels including: Liquidation.com (www.Liquidation.com),
where buyers can purchase bulk lots; Liquidation.com DIRECT, where
buyers can purchase truckloads of inventory; and Secondipity (www.Secondipity.com),
a consumer marketplace. Additionally, Liquidity Services will operate
and provide marketing, buyer support, and fulfillment services for
Acer’s official eBay store (stores.ebay.com/Acer),
as well as other consumer marketplaces.
